High-Rise Blue Kitchen & Bath Reno | Lake View, Chicago
This Lake View condo renovation focused on making better use of the home's layout, natural light, and views of Lake Michigan. Burke Black Partners relocated the kitchen, carefully kept the existing marble intact, repainted the bathroom and bedrooms, added a storage space, and converted a former dining room into a second bedroom catering the remodel to the clients ideal use of the space.
